Synergy+ Gateway – Text Message Alerts & Remote System Control

The Synergy+ Gateway is the latest text message enabled device from Evacuator Alarms. It allows site staff to receive SMS alerts for fire, first aid, and system notifications, both on and off site. As a result, critical information reaches the right people even when they are away from the premises.

By supporting up to 10 individual phone numbers, the Synergy+ Gateway ensures rapid communication during emergencies. It can send alerts to five contacts for fire events and five contacts for first aid activations. In addition, it provides notification of low battery conditions across the system.

Remote Alerts & System Reset Capability

The Synergy+ Gateway does more than send alerts. It also allows authorised users to reset the system remotely. Therefore, site managers can respond quickly and maintain system readiness without being physically present.

However, for correct operation, the Synergy+ Gateway must be used alongside an Evacuator Synergy+ Base Station. Without a base station, the gateway will not function.

Reliable Wireless Integration

The device uses mesh radio connectivity and a Category One radio module to maintain reliable communication with the Synergy+ system. Furthermore, operating on a radio frequency of 869MHz helps deliver stable performance across large sites.

A clear Status LED provides visual confirmation of system operation, allowing quick checks during routine maintenance.

Power, Installation & SIM Information

The Synergy+ Gateway is mains powered, with an option for battery backup to support continued operation during power interruptions. It is designed for indoor use only.

A SIM card is required for SMS functionality and is not included as standard. Optional SIM card packages are available. However, Evacuator Alarms does not take responsibility for SIM monitoring, maintenance, credit top-ups, or network performance. Network coverage may vary depending on location.
